We sincerely appreciate your trust in SchoolCode for managing your school's activities. Despite the rising rate of inflation in Nigeria, we have continued to maintain our subscription fees without any increase, in order to make SchoolCode affordable for all our partner schools.
However, we have faced challenges with manual subscription collections, which often result in delays and interruptions in service.
To address this and serve you better, we are excited to inform you that SchoolCode has now integrated a secure online payment gateway. With this new system, schools can conveniently pay their subscription fees directly through the portal using debit/credit cards, bank transfers, or other supported payment methods. This upgrade will ensure faster, safer, and more transparent payments, thereby helping us keep SchoolCode running smoothly for everyone. We deeply value your continued support and cooperation as we work together to sustain and improve the services you enjoy.

Terms of Service Update
Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed on a per-term basis and must be paid through the SchoolCode payment gateway. Payments are considered valid only when confirmed through our online gateway. Manual payments outside the system will not guarantee service continuation. Failure to renew subscriptions before the due date may result in restricted or suspended access to SchoolCode services until payment is completed. All payments made are non-refundable, except in cases of proven duplicate charges or technical errors.
Privacy Policy Update
Payment Information
When you make payments on SchoolCode, we collect transaction details such as amount paid, payment date, and payment method. We do not store your card or sensitive banking details. All transactions are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment provider (Paystack). Transaction records are kept for verification, accounting, and audit purposes only. Your payment data will never be sold, shared, or misused outside the scope of providing our services.
